Due to the amount of time it takes to perform top quality service and the size of our operation, cancellations and reschedules have a lasting effect. For this reason and due to recent last minute cancellations, we now require a deposit when appointments are scheduled. The terms of the deposit are listed below.
In order to make an appointment, you must put down a deposit of 20% your total service. This deposit will be credited towards your service, as long as the original appointment is kept. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment so we can fill that time slot and refund your deposit. If you need to reschedule the appointment, this must be done at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. For rescheduled appointments, you will be able to carry over your deposit one time.
If 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, you will forfeit your deposit. If 24 hours notice is not given for rescheduling your appointment you will forfeit your deposit. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.
